Absolutely perfect for our needs, close to town but nice and quiet

Fantastic location and napier central all just within walking distance. Comfortable and cozy property, with a great layout. Really impressed by the little extras that were offered

Not really anything we didn't like, the bath over the shower was a bit tricky as had my mother in law but they did state they were doing themis area up

Great location; really friendly and helpful owner. All the essentials supplied and the property fitted out well without compromising its rustic charm. Very comfortable and welcoming.

The loo door didn't shut, but the owner is now aware and will fix it. There was a bit of road noise but we didn't notice it after a while.
