A beautiful property- tastefully decorated but sympathetic to the age of the house. DecWaterkant has its own village feel. Our room was lovely- tall bright windows, lovely bed linen, big bathroom and great shower. Would 100% come back.
Nothing- it was perfect

The decor and location is great.
The staff were not present, bags weren’t carried for all guests.

Great location and helpful to having kitchen facilities.
Disorganised staff - check-in took 45 minutes as no one seemed to know the plan and there was limited communication. We didn’t know where to find several items such as pool towels and so couldn’t use them. Early check-out time but no clear instructions given on how to check out.
