The instructions for picking up the keys and finding the location were very clear. The apartment is located in a chic building and really close to the Cathedral. We really like it.

The apartment was very clean and, as advertised, it was indeed only about a 10-minute walk from the Duomo, which was very convenient.
On the negative side, there were some issues that affected our overall experience. There was no proper hot water, and we had to wait quite a long time for it to warm up slightly, just enough for it not to be freezing cold. The water pressure was also very low.
We were also disappointed that there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge upon our arrival. Of course, we bought our own afterwards, but having at least one bottle available for guests when they first arrive would have been a nice and welcoming touch.
We stayed in the apartment for two nights, and there were only two coffee capsules provided, which seemed like they might have simply been left over. Providing four capsules to cover a two-night stay would have been a very small gesture, but it would have made a much better impression.
