For culture lovers, Piazza Duomo, Brera Art Gallery, Alla Scala Theatre and numerous museums and churches can be easily reached on foot; Leonardo’s Last Supper is a few bus stops away. Within walking distance many shopping opportunities: the "fashion district" with the elegant via Montenapoleone, the luxury megastore La Rinascente, the many shops in via Torino. And at night, after a pleasant walk through the Old Milan, immerse yourself in the lively neighbourhoods of Porta Romana, the Columns of San Lorenzo and the Navigli. Well served by public transport (metro M3 at 200m); several supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment is inside an ancient noble palace that takes its name from the Majnoni family, who bought it at the end of the XVIII century and that made it a rare model of elegant sobriety, thanks to major building interventions. During the last restoration carried out in the last century by the architect Caccia Dominioni, precious mosaics (closed to visitors) from different eras were discovered in the basement, the oldest of which dates back to the 1st century BC, considered among the most important of the ancient Mediolanum. ---- The apartment Quiet and fully furnished 50 sqm one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor; double exposure, overlooking a courtyard and a private alley. Bedroom with double bed (160x200) and single sofa bed (80x200); single sofa bed (115x190) in the living room. Fully equipped kitchenette with induction hobs with two burners, fridge and freezer, utensils, crockery, cutlery, dishes, Espresso maker and Nespresso machine. Individually controlled air conditioning; centralized heating with adjustable temperature – operating period and hours decided by the condominium (maximum 14 hours from mid-October to mid-April). ---- Services Free WIFI Cleaning and linen change every 7 days; additional housekeeping on request. Covered parking at 200m against fee ---- Accommodation 2 guests = double bed; in case of separate beds (double bed + sofa bed) supplement € 30 per stay 3 guests = double bed + sofa bed; in case of separate beds supplement € 30 per stay Separate beds as well as accommodation in two rooms (bedroom + living room) should be requested upon booking Children up to 2 years of age = we do not have cots and high chairs; if they sleep in a double bed with their parents, select 0 children when booking ---- Notes - There is no reception service. The arrival time must be communicated at least one day before check-in; arrivals after 8pm must be communicated at the time of booking - Dogs are welcome, provided they do not climb on the sofa or bed; please report their presence when booking. We are sorry; we do not accept cats - If you arrive by car, please note that the whole city of Milan is a traffic limited zone. Lovely place and really helpful property manager, she walked us to a restaurant the night we got in so we could get our bearings and also made taxi reservations for us the day we left. Really nice location with really good restaurants around

A spacious apartment very close to the Duomo and city center. Everything you could want to see in Milan is with a 20-25 minute walk. The apartment has all the amenities we needed for our stay and Elisabetta is a gracious host!

Great location if you like to walk the the city. Which it it advisable, given that it is extremely crowded and hard to find a taxi. The property is located 2 blocks from the Missouri Metro which makes it accessible to everywhere. The only downside to this property is that they do not let you use the AC and when you open the windows to let some air in, the smoke from smokers, who stand outside to smoke, permeates the apartment.

Good location. Easy walk to nice restaurants. Our host was very thorough and helpful. We were delayed by GPS and phone problems, but she weathered that and was a great help in getting us settled. We enjoyed our stay. Only negative is that the apartment was not smoke free.

Il breve soggiorno è stato sufficiente per apprezzare la disponibilità e l'efficienza della proprietaria. Pulizia e dotazioni ottime. L'unica cosa è che 3 persone sono comode, la quarta non proprio. Il divano letto è consigliabile cambiarlo. Per il resto nulla da reclamare o da lamentare. Ottima posizione.

Proche du Duomo, de la Scala etc tout se fait à pied. Il y a un parking ( payant mais couvert et sécurisé) et un supermarché à deux pas de l'appartement où tout a été pensé jusqu'au moindre détail pour faciliter votre séjour . L'immeuble est splendide entourant une cour intérieure où l'on se sent en sécurité et au calme.

This is a perfect positioned apartment to see the sites of Milan. Everything was a short walk. Being on the ground floor was great. Because the apartment is behind the big doors to the street I felt safe and also happy to leave things in the apartment. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The restaurant suggestion just up the street was so helpful. There is information in the apartment to guide you around the town. Thank you again Elisabetta for a quiet apartment with everything we needed right in the centre of town. I will definitely recommend it to friends

I was very impressed by the accomodations, had everything a traveler would need. Plenty enough space for me and my two teenage nephews, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. All the amenities of home easily within your reach.
