The Location was the best.

Cleanliness

Not good at all.

Location.

Cleanliness, lack of kitchen materials, reduced quantity of bed linens, temperature of water is reduced.

Stayed 1 night only I changed place after

Location is good. Big room for 2 people.

Impossible to let your bags if you need a place to keep them after check out. Elevators in the building are a nightmare. From 4 elevators only 1 was working for a tower of 28th floor it is a waste of time and energy.

If you like disgusting bedding, this place is perfect for you

Great location with beautiful view of Paulista Avenue and MASP museum. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies, and metro stations in walking distance. The building's staff is helpful and professional (unrelated to the property).

The blankets provided were absolutely disgusting. They were smelly and had sticky stains showing that they were clearly not washed since they were last used. I reached out to the property to complain about that and they said they could only replace the blankets the next day (which would make no difference, since we were already leaving the next morning). Because the temperature dropped unexpectedly, my partner and I were forced to sleep with beach towels we had packed with us for the next stop of our holidays. I was offered no solution or compensation for this situation whatsoever, and when I messaged the property to inform that on top of me being very unhappy about how they dealt with the situation, part of the shower (which was already very poorly patched with a hairtie upon my arrival) collapsed, all I received was an automatic message. The next morning, due to a personal issue, I asked whether it was possible to check out a few minutes later, to which they only responded "check out is at 11h", HOWEVER, the cleaning staff was already there at 10h40min. When I complained about that, I received the same automatic message, to which I went through the trouble of replying, only to be left on read. This place is a waste of money and will provide you with no support on your trip, good luck if you decide to stay there. Bonus: the kitchen tap was also falling apart. It can't be clearly seen on the photo and videos can't be uploaded here, but it was completely loose.
