Great location. very comfortable with good facilities. A well-priced guesthouse in Gion within reasonable walking distance of restaurants, temples, transport.

This is one of the biggest rooms we stayed in while backpacking Japan. We were so impressed. All kitchen Big bathroom and a nice balcony. Self check-in, but was easy step by step process. We were able to store our bags in the lobby area before check-in. Great location

The washing machine was good. Cooking facilities were great. Water in fridge and coffee in lobby good.
We were on the second floor. Windows were opaque and there was no view out the window and black out blind on sliding door wasn’t blackout so room light at night.
