Everything! The room was fantastic, spotless, and one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The bed was excellent, and the shampoo and conditioner were a lovely touch. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. We arrived on a 5:00 AM flight, with check-in scheduled for 3:00 PM, but after speaking with him on WhatsApp, he did everything possible to accommodate us. As soon as the room was cleaned, we were able to check in at 12:30 PM at no extra cost. This made a huge positive difference to our trip. Truly outstanding hospitality!

Close to metro, restaurants and city attractions. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, nice shower, adequate kitchen.
Booking.com describes as having a Concierge and tour desk This is blatantly wrong (and needs correction) and affected our decision to choose the property and not have to fiddle with key boxes and the like. Description also states there is daily room housekeeping and room service. Again, these were non-existent. This is bad in particular when the toilet bin ("no pa[er in toilet!" is full and there is no response to a request for it to be emptied. Finally, nowhere to hang wet towels in bathroom.
