La casa está situada en una urbanización muy tranquila, próxima tanto para ir a la playa, a los restaurantes, como ver la Geoda de Pulpí. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y con su aire acondicionado perfecto. Es una casita con su encanto.
