Gutes Potenzial und ideale Lage, aber schlechte Ausstattung und Verwaltung.

Die Lage war ideal, im schönsten Eck von Imperia und die Wohnung war an sich auch sehr gemütlich.

Die Ausstattung war sehr rudimentär. Vieles hat gefehlt und das, was vorhanden war, war oft kaputt oder defekt. Ganz kritisch fand ich, dass es kein WLAN gab, obwohl dieses unter den Ausstattungen auf booking.com aufgelistet war. Dazu kam noch, dass es in der Wohnung kein Netzempfang gab. Wir haben auch den QR-Code, den man benötigt, um in Imperia Müll entsorgen zu können, nicht erhalten. Die Firma, die die Wohnung verwaltet, antwortet auch nicht, wenn man versucht sie zu kontaktieren.

Vista dal balconcino

La posizione, la pulizia(scarsa visto l’attacco d’allergia dovuto alla polvere, soprattutto quando tenevo acceso il condizionatore in modalità pompa di calore per scaldare casa) dotazioni per l’igiene non sufficienti per 7 giorni e 6 notti, il letto non c’è, in realtà è un divano letto(andrebbe specificato) lo staff non comunica cose importanti tipo che la struttura si trova in una zona ZTL e non si premura nemmeno di comunicare la targa del auto
