It was beautifully decorated and the rooms were well appointed for what we needed.
The water pressure to the showers was poor, the patio flooded during a rainstorm and then the downstairs loo became blocked. I think the plumbing and drainage require some attention.
There was a balcony on the 2nd floor, but it was covered in bird poo, feathers and fluff. No attempt had been made to clean it and it was unusable.
The floor downstairs had been swept but not mopped clean so it was still dirty.

Well laid out with great facilities across three floors and within 10 minutes of walk into Amble. Four en-suite double rooms, fully equipped kitchen, utility and lounge completed with a top floor spa bath. Substantial welcome hamper a final nice touch
Takes a while to run cold water and retained a lot of heat as you got higher in the property - offset by a top brand fan in the second floor bedroom so minimal dislikes

Beautifully appointed apartment. Lovely decor. All bedrooms were en suite.
No air con and inside was very hot. Top floor shower needs a pump as very poor water pressure. Pigeons roosting on top floor balcony. Whirlpool bath complicated instructions due to an operational fault.

Comfortably furnished to high standard. Good location for exploring Northumberland. Ideal to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
The shower situation was very poor . The water pressure was extremely low meaning the water was barely a trickle and at times tepid at best . The spa bath wasn’t used because of this and it wasn’t clear from the listing that this actually takes 90 minutes to fill and two hours for the tank to refill afterwards.
