El hostel es tranquilo, limpio y muy acogedor. El personal es súper amable, lo que genera un ambiente agradable y cercano, y eso me encantó.
La habitación estaba muy limpia y era cómoda. Además, las camas tienen cortinas, lo que permite tener mayor privacidad.
Me gustó mucho la posibilidad de dejar mis cosas mientras visitaba otros lugares y luego volver a recogerlas. También te proporcionan toalla y puedes utilizar la cocina sin ningún problema; está muy bien equipada.
Como aspectos negativos, el aire acondicionado funciona únicamente en un horario establecido, de 5:00 p. m. a 11:00 a. m. Y hay ventilador en espacios comunes.. Considera que el hostel no cuenta con piscina.

It was the off season so the reception lady was very kind to upgrade us into the suites.
Everything was clean and comfortable; no problems with the room or any of the amenities.

Good location in downtown Cancun. Lots of amenities nearby. We had the private room and it had very nice AC. Room was clean. Staff were super nice and helpful. Most spoke English.
The shower drain in the semi private restroom didn’t drain very well and the water didn’t get hot. The fitted bed sheets didn’t stay on the bed, and each night we had to put them back on.
