Es un lugar hermoso, bien atendido, relajo total, con mucha preocupación por los detalles. La decoración, el equipamiento, la tranquilidad y la densidad de pasajeros respecto de cada servicio están muy bien cuidados.
Le falta un buen bar o restaurant de piscina, el desayuno es bueno pero dado que el lugar es espectacular habría esperado un poco más.

Property was beautiful, room comfortable.
I thought the service was poor for a property charging top end rates. They seemed more interested in telling me what I could not have rather than helping us. WhatsApp when are you arriving? 14:30-15:00. You cannot check in before 15:00. There is no dinner provided.
Trying to contact them when trying to find it via Google Maps very difficult.
Ask to see the room, receptionist storms off.
No help with the luggage. Provided a list of 20 restaurants locally (within 15 miles), it was a Monday, no offer to book or help. Spent next 45 mins trying to see which ones were open.
Just thought the tone and approach was poor compared to our previous location where he helped with bags , recommended and rang a restaurant. Spent time talking to us and was genuinely interested.
