I booked the property as it was in walking distance of a course I was taking in Penistone. It was close to all the shops and a stone throw away from the supermarket which was great.

Great location for our needs.
Spacious comfortable clean home.
Friendly helpful owner.
Decent price.
Little parking spot was ok apart from the very overgrown bushes which we struggled to get out of the car & close the boot.
Neighbouring children very loud at times.

Location was perfect for what we needed and added bonus of parking spaces
Felt there were a few things that really let the property down. The washing machine/ tumble dryer was still full of washing/ dirty water. The mop was vile and really smelly, bedding looked like it had been screwed up in the bottom of a cupboard and then chucked on the beds. 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper (luckily Tesco is so close). Front and back door were sticking so really conscious of noise. No bath mat for getting out the shower.
