The location of the house is truly excellent, with the beach, town centre, shops, and public transportation all within easy reach. There is also convenient parking for guests arriving by car, while the bus station is just a short walk away, approximately 20 metres from the property.
As with any accommodation in such a central location, there is naturally some background noise, particularly during the lively summer months in Makarska. This is not something the owners can reasonably control, and they have clearly made an effort to provide good insulation with quality windows and doors. For light sleepers, however, it may be difficult to sleep with the windows open.
One of the things I have always particularly appreciated about the house is its lovely little garden and the beautiful mature trees, which give the property a special charm and sense of tranquillity. I was therefore genuinely saddened to hear that the garden is going to be changed, as it has always been one of my favourite features of the property.
Daniel’s hospitality contributed greatly to my overall experience. As a frequent guest of Makarska for several decades, I have never received such a warm and genuine welcome upon arrival. He extended his support throughout the stay, ensuring comfort and ease. Daniel brings more to the property than all other positives combined, elevating the guest experience to a truly exceptional level
