Communication from the host is excellent. Our questions & requests were answered quickly and staff members were sent promptly when needed (eg. to collect payment).
Do not be fooled by the run-down appearance of the outside of the building… the apartment is renovated inside, and is comfortable & spacious.
We had access to 2 bedrooms, bathroom & entry area with a kettle & sundry items. The space gave us enough room to spread out, which I was thankful for being sick for 1.5 days of our stay.
The balcony view over the Vjosa River has to be the best in town! We spent a lot of time chilling out there.
Beds & pillows were comfy and the air-conditioning was outstanding.
Lots of towels are provided (yay) and the apartment was super clean and smelled fresh on arrival.
We don’t love the no shower curtain / lack of enclosure thing… it’s messy & slippery and it’s not what we’re used to. However, the best mop in the world was provided in the bathroom and I moved it to set up a cleaning system with towel stepping stones so we don’t slip and break our necks lol

Camera pulita, spaziosa. Accoglienza calorosa, inclusi dolcetti e biscotti, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. In posizione centrale con splendida vista sul fiume Vijosa
Non è semplice trovare il posto anche perché con l'indirizzo fornito Google porta alla scuola adiacente. Per fortuna è bastato chiamare al numero fornito in prenotazione per essere accolti e portati nell'appartamento

Es muy cómodo y la ubicación es perfecta
Tuvimos que esperar más de dos horas para poder acceder al apartamento, nos intentábamos poner en contacto por booking y WhatsApp y nadie contestaba… al final gracias al hombre de la oficina de turismo que nos acompañó y preguntó a los vecinos hasta que uno llamó al chico que nos tenía que dar las llaves, chico que tampoco sabía nada de nuestra llegada.
