Very clean, lovely decorations, 2 parking spaces, nothing complex, good communication from the host. Could not have wanted a nicer little cottage in the lakes.
It was a little difficult to find in the middle of the night when we arrived, perhaps a what three words address or a description of how to get there from the main road might help.

Tina was a really responsive and helpful host who was more than willing to share her local knowledge & make recommendations. Her property is really comfortable and well equipped. It's located in a beautiful part of the country & provided a good base for exploring Cumbria.
