The location is good, very close to Poschiavo town and to the lake. The bedroom was cosy and warm.
Karen was kind and very flexible about check in time, she accommodated my sudden plan changes as much as she could.
I used to be a backpacker and I am used to all kinds of stay: this was a good stay, according to my standards.
Things that could be improved are: cleanliness of the bathroom; door locks: we couldn't lock our bedroom door and we struggled just to keep it closed, we had to put a heavy object in front of the door at night for it to not swing wide open.
Also as soon as we got there we needed wifi to use our phones and buy credit, but we couldn't get access to it until the owner came back home cause she had to/wanted to write the password on our devices herself.
Not a big deal, but I would recommend writing the credentials on a piece of paper inside the bedroom, that would avoid friction and having to wait for one another - this is mainly because it's Switzerland and most EU phone providers do not include calls / data roaming while in Switzerland.
My bad also for not doing research prior to going.

Die Gastgeberin war wirklich unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend - wir konnten nebenbei noch sehr viel über Poschiavo und die Schweiz erfahren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!
Die Unterkunft war sehr gut getarnt und nicht ganz leicht als solche zu erkennen - ein Schild wäre sehr hilfreich! 😁

Niente in particolare.
1. Ritardo per il check-in.
2. La porta della nostra camera non si chiudeva a chiave.
3. Condizioni generali "ai limiti".
4. Non c'erano i normali cuscini per dormire.
5. Camera priva di zanzariera e infestata di mosche e insetti, ne abbiamo uccise in una sera una decina.
6. Armadi inutilizzabili poiché pieni di vestiti della proprietaria.
7. "profumo" della camera non proprio gradevole.
8. Prezzo della colazione eccessivo.
9. Assenza di lenzuolo, ci siamo coperti con i vestiti, erano disponibili solo piumoni e in condizioni sgradevoli.
