Perfekte Lage. Absolut ruhig und doch nur 10 Fussminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Ein grosses Plus ist der private Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und verfügt über viele spezielle Details, man spürt die Liebe, mit der dieser Altbau renoviert worden ist. Tom, der Concierge, ist der perfekte Host.

This apartment is in a historic house just across the river from old town Freiburg. It's walking distance to the cathedral and main bus stop and also has multiple nearby tram stops. We loved that the bedrooms are in the basement level. They were nice and cool even though we were in the area during a heatwave. The bathroom was perfect for two couples. We each got our own vanity and shower, and there's an extra half bath up stairs. The living areas are upstairs and the bedrooms are downstairs. There's even a small seating area on the porch. Though it's a historic home, it has been luxuriously remodeled and is beautiful.

Die Wohnung ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet und weiträumig zugeschnitten. Wir fanden sogar verschiedene Weingläser vor. Die Übergabe war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist perfekt. In nur wenigen Minuten waren wir zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung ist flächenmäßig sehr groß, jedoch sind viele Bereiche eher "toter Raum" wie Flur, Galerie im Schlafzimmer etc.
Die Fenster im Untergeschoss (Schlafzimmer) waren nicht zu öffnen und auch nicht zu verdunkeln.
Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt (im Februar) die Heizung ausgefallen wodurch nicht nur die Räume sondern auch das Wasser zum Duschen kalt waren.
Die Entschädigung durch den Vermieter war für uns hier ganz angemessen.
