The living space is clean, with the small area used quite efficiently.
Enjoyable:
-The chairs and dining table
-The fridge
-The shower power
-A small balcony
-Secure building in a safe area
-Close to Kuromon market
Challenges:
-Living space is tight
-The wardrobe areas not clean
-The bed is low, on the softer side and personally not comfortable

Super emplacement, un peu à l’écart de l’agitation mais proche de tout. Metro a 2 pas.
Lits confortables.
Salle de bain spacieuse.
Manque d’équipement, pas de verre juste 2 tasses pour boire de l’eau. Pas de linge pour essayer la vaisselle, pas de balais pour autre pour nettoyer le sol. Manque de table de nuit ou tablettes pour poser des affaires (bijoux, téléphone, lunettes, livre etc..)
1 serviette par personne pour une semaine.

Apartamento de tamaño perfecto. Instalaciones completas y privadas. Cocina incluida. La localización es perfecta. Todo estaba muy limpio.

清掃状態が良く、タオルの質も高い。ベッドがフロアにマットレスが直置きだったため、一瞬、戸惑ったが、思いのほか、快適に眠れた。バスタブの形状が優れていて、これも快適。電子レンジ・冷蔵庫も清潔だし、食器類も過不足なかった。また、客室内の匂いがほぼ無臭で、芳香剤もあったが、それよりも清潔感を伴う無臭の状態はとても素晴らしい。アメニティ類も問題ない。スリッパも丈夫なもの。場所は本当に黒門市場からも非常に近く、近鉄日本橋駅にも至近。ファミリーマットも近いし、三泊四日には「良くなかった点」に書いたことを除けば、快適でしたし、また泊まりたい。なお、写真について。客室の写真は見ての通りですが、だいたいの食材は黒門市場の「中川」で買え、なぜか、北海道の土産物（ロイズのチョコレートなど）も買えます(笑)。さすが、黒門市場。
細かいことで再訪を阻害するほどの問題ではないが・・・。①マンションの入り口のドアはルームキーで開かないのは、防犯上問題では？番号を入力するのだが、誰しもいつでも同じ番号でドアが開くのは多少、不安。②バスルームのドアが破損しており、水蒸気が漏れて煙感が発報しないか心配だった。③シャワーヘッドの位置が低く、長身の方には不便。シャワーヘッドが角度の調整ができるタイプだと解決する。④テレビがないのはいいとして（代替物があるから）、座る椅子が快適性に欠け、長時間座れない。⑤コンセントの位置が微妙に不便。テーブルタップが必要。⑥機器の利用方法などの記載について英語版がわかりにくいのでは？微妙なミススペルもあるし。
