Close to the sea, clean and tidy room, little backyard table was nice, wifi worked great, easy to get there from the airport.
For me the location was convenient because I was staying near friends but otherwise it is 2 km from the centre of Santo Spirito and from the train station - no meal options or stores nearby so you absolutely need a car if you want to get around. With no meal options close by, not having at least a coffee maker and some basic cutlery was really inconvenient. I had to ask for a kettle (which was listed as an amenity) which I then received but only with paper cups. For the price, a coffee maker and some real mugs shouldn’t be a problem. Stayed for 4 nights, the room was not cleaned and the trash wasn’t removed, and outside of check-in, I haven’t interacted with the host even though they live next door which felt really impersonal. Furniture is also somewhat worn and a few things are quite disfunctional in the room.
