Good location and good size
Pillow on the bed where uncomfortable the place felt like it needed a good clean stains on sofa burns on table . There was a funny odour when you opened the door to assess the property.

La ubicacion.
El aire acondicionado cuendo llegamos empezo a gotear muchissimo contactamos con el propietario i en unas horas estava solucionado muy atento de su parte.
Es un apartamento que necesita un mantenimiento urgente tiene muchissimos defectos, los zocalos del suelo reventados i humedecidos, la unica de las sarten que utilizemos se nos cayo el mango porque estava previamente roto, las dos duchas se les sale el agua una porque pierde i otra porque la cortina esta mal puesta, la luz del lavabo fundida.
La verdad el apartamento esta muy bien situado pero necesita una renovacion urgente, la limpieza deja mucho que desear.
Por el precio te esperas algo en condiciones.
