Прекрасный отель недалеко от центра на тихой улочке. Очень понравился дворик, в котором мы завтракали. Завтрак чисто континентальный без горячего блюда. Но наесться можно. Хозяин угощает инжиром из своего сада. Кофе из кофемашины очень вкусный. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель.
Были муравьи в номере.

I like the fact that it's like a traditional bed and breakfast where guests can mingle in the courtyard and the owner was really friendly. The wifi was straightforward to connect and fast and there was drinking water in the common kitchen.
The paths back to the hotel was kind of quiet and dark so that could be a problem for solo travellers.

Our hosts were very friendly and offered us good coffee on arrival, the accommodation was impeccable and everything is as described. Erdem communicates in English quite well.
Otelia is very close to the port, the last stop of the C50 minibus that starts outside the main bus station (otogar). A less than 10 minutes walk L shape route, through outdoor market, you can pay the minibus with credit card.Cunda island is 15 minutes away by minibus C10
