Un bel quadro... ma solo da lontano

Purtroppo la casa non corrispondeva a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. Abbiamo prenotato il soggiorno per tre famiglie con figli, per un totale di 12 persone, confidando nelle caratteristiche indicate dal proprietario. La descrizione parlava di una casa con 3 bagni; in realtà ce ne sono 4, ma la situazione era ben diversa da quella che ci aspettavamo. Solo uno disponeva di doccia e WC, peraltro accompagnato da un odore insopportabile. Due bagni avevano la doccia ma erano privi di WC, e in uno di questi il piatto doccia era addirittura rotto. L'ultimo bagno era dotato soltanto di WC e di un piccolo lavandino. Una configurazione assolutamente inadeguata per ospitare comodamente 12 persone. Anche la sistemazione per dormire è stata deludente: una delle camere, ricavata nel sottotetto, prevedeva quattro posti letto ma due di questi erano costituiti semplicemente da un materasso appoggiato direttamente sul pavimento, senza rete né struttura adeguata. La gestione della situazione da parte del proprietario ci ha lasciati ulteriormente amareggiati. L'unica disponibilità dimostrata è stata concederci un'ora di tempo per lasciare l'immobile e rinunciare al pagamento del soggiorno. Di fatto, il 14 agosto ci siamo ritrovati senza una sistemazione, costretti a cercare all'ultimo momento strutture alternative in piena alta stagione, sostenendo costi molto elevati. Riteniamo che il proprietario avrebbe dovuto informarci preventivamente delle criticità presenti nell'immobile, soprattutto sapendo che sarebbero arrivate tre famiglie con bambini. Una comunicazione trasparente ci avrebbe permesso di fare una scelta consapevole ed evitare un notevole disagio. In questo scenario complesso anche l'assistenza booking mi ha abbandonato.

Séjour familial dans une villa fabuleuse.Bien située près de la mer .Belle villa,bien entretenue avec un bel équipement.les chambres sont confortables,grandes baies vitrées qui baignent la maison de soleil ,piscine et salle de sport agréables Hamdi,très sympathique,est joignable à tous moments et nous a bien conseillés sur les restaurants et sorties a Monastir. Je recommande vivement cette belle location
