We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very cozy and has a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel truly on holiday, rather than in a regular rental. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and the location — the sea, greenery and beautiful Arenzano are all close by. It was lovely to come back here after a day of exploring.
We didn’t notice any significant drawbacks. Everything was just as we had hoped, and we had a wonderful stay.

Charming apartment. Very comfortable beds, the kitchen is well equipped and you even have some biscuits and coffee.
Nice shower with good water pressure. The air conditioning is very good, though you have to sleep with your door open in order to feel it in the room. Otherwise there is a ventilator and a mini a/c in the room which we didn't use.
The place is very central with everything you need nearby, including restaurants, shops, groceries and of course the beach.
There is an open parking lot nearby and the owner also suggested parking garage.
Contacting the owner was very easy.
We will definitely come back if we visit Arenzano again.
The upper floor has two single beds, but no walls or door, so you have lots of light in the morning. However, it didn't bother our daughter.

Tutto su un livello, grande terrazza, bella infrastruttura, arredamento funzionale e moderno. Di fianco al ristorante la fenice che ci ha fatto da mezza pensione
