The kitchen was fully equipped and had lots of extra condiments for cooking.
The bathroom was modern with shower gel and shampoo and there were enough towels for two.
The apartment is safe and secure and there was excellent communication with the person overseeing, and also an instruction book with suggestions.
It was extremely handy for the bus stop which has numerous busses running per day to both the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadéro.
The apartment could have been cleaner. There was obvious dusk on the lamps and other areas of the flat.
To get to the bathroom or toilet from the double bedroom you have to go through the second (very small) bedroom - this is awful for the person sleeping in the single room. It does get quite noisy in the double bedroom in the night - I had to wear earplugs to sleep properly, and the blinds, although black, allow light around the fitting.
Beware of the extra tax that you will have to pay. Our payment said that tax was included but then, if you look at the small print, you have to pay extra tax for the city at €6.50 per person per night. This obviously increases the cost of staying there significantly.

L’emplacement, la propreté, un appartement spacieux pour deux personnes même trois! La gentillesse et amabilité du hôte. Je reviendrai sans hésitation à cet établissement

"Comfortable place to stay. Shower and sink room is decent size. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Market is one block over 3 times a week. Bus stop and metro nearby. Uber about 15-25min drive to center ..."
