We stayed three nights at this accommodation in Les Menuires, in the Les 3 Vallées ski area, and overall the experience was good, although with some important points to improve.
On the positive side, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The heating worked well, the space was good, and the apartment was well equipped despite being spread over three floors, which was generally manageable.
However, some aspects negatively affected our stay. The common areas, the ski storage, and especially the access to the slopes were more complicated and less convenient than in other accommodations we have stayed in. Additionally, we were required to return the used bed linen and towels ourselves to the Interhome office, which we found excessive and inconvenient.
Another disappointing point was the lack of a hairdryer. When we mentioned it, we were simply told “sorry” instead of being offered a solution. After skiing all day in cold weather, having no hairdryer after showers was very uncomfortable and, in our opinion, a basic amenity.
Regarding the layout, one clear improvement would be necessary: there is a toilet with a urinal but no sink, which we found very inconvenient, as it requires going up or down the stairs to the bathroom with the shower just to wash your hands.
Overall, while the heating, cleanliness, comfort, and space were good, some practical improvements are needed. We would rate this accommodation 7 out of 10.
