Atendeu a mim e minha família muito bem.

Espaçoso, funcional. Eletrodomésticos úteis e funcionando. Ar condicionado em dois ambientes. Água quente no banheiro com ótima temperatura e ótima pressão. Box no banheiro. TV com canais premium. Roupeiro bom. Manobristas disponíveis.

Ausência de ducha higiênica. Poucas tomadas. Tomadas no padrão antigo (pouca segurança e geram mau contato).

Falta de respeito com o consumidor

Não pude usufruir da hospedagem porque não nos deixaram entrar. Dizendo a portaria, a empresa proprietária do apartamento não enviou a liberação da nossa estadia, Paguei e não pude entrar com a minha família. Fechei esta reserva no dia 08/03/2025 depois das 23 horas e chegando lá fomos barrados pela portaria. Ficamos (eu e minha família) tarde da noite, pois já passava da meia noite quando houve esta falta de respeito e comunicação entre as empresas, sem ter para onde ir. Os telefones informados para os contatos não funcionavam e estavam fora do ar, mensagem via aplicativo do Booking sem resposta, enfim, falta de profissionalismo e despreparo total para lidar com este tipo de situação por parte das empresas envolvidas.
