Location, cleanliness, and rental equipments for beach
Service was poor; staff was not friendly. Food choices were limited. Breakfast continental had a very limited menu.

The staff were professional, competent and efficient. This was a good hotel with rooms which were well appointed and comfortable. There was an informal dining area overlooking the beach. However there was not an air conditioned restaurant. It was a quiet hotel which was good to relax in.
The toilet had not been cleaned properly in that dirt could wiped from the shower enclosure. We were surprised to have an electricity outage in such an expensive hotel, which, we believe, should have had a standby generator.

The location was ideal since it was easy to snorkel and see tropical fish, turtles and sting rays, etc. The accessibility to everything was wonderful because you didn't have to walk far to get to any place on the resort itself. The staff was excellent and the 3 bedroom villa worked out beautifully for my family. The continental breakfast was also excellent and plentiful.
The food could have been better... overall the menus could be revamped for all meals and if more local cuisine could be offered that would be a welcomed addition and would have eaten more on site.

The location was absolutely stunning. The hotel is very clean and beautiful.
The staff in the kitchen area are absolutely miserable. They are not nice at all.
