Location was great. Food was good.
A little run down.shower poor and difficult to use. Noisy floors. Broken toilet seat.

Room was lovely. Well decorated and clean.
Staff we met were helpful and friendly.
Rusty fire escape type outside stairs for access off puttiing.
Appart from in the room the overal property and outdoor space is very tired.
Friends joined us for a meal that evening. Half of the items on a small menu were not available. Quality of food was ok which i suppose was refected in the price. Service was good.
Breakfast was not available which is difficult as it is a village with nowhere else to eat. Fortunately i know the area well and we did find a great breakfast in St Bees.

the room was spacious
No food served on a monday or breakfast on tuesday mornings. this could have been highlighted when i booked.
