Equipe alto astral!! Bem no centrinho da lagoa, ótima localização tem tudo perto. Casa oferece um espaço beem amplo e piscina!! Todos os dias atividades em Grupo.

La buena atención, el lugar sigue muy bien. Lugares confortables. La ducha excelente.
No me gustó que me hayan cobrado antes, yo puse la tarjeta como garantía no para que me cobren. Es la primera vez que me pasa. Al final lo deje así pero no corresponde.
No se ofrece desayuno.

In the container style rooms there is no ventilation whatsoever. Meaning each time you shower, the bathroom and bedroom get covered in moisture causing everything to be damp and resulting in a massive mould / smell issue. We highlighted this to staff who tried their best to resolve the issue using dehumidifiers and cleaning the room. Based on their reaction to our issue this was not the first complaint they had over mould / damp. Without ventilation the same thing will continue to happen, management have to install ventilation or there will be serious mould issues forever more.
While the staff were incredibly apologetic and friendly we did find that each time we went to the shared kitchen / lounge area there were multiple staff (not working) lounging in the area taking over the space (tv and kitchen etc) this made using those spaces a bit uncomfortable. There seemed to be 5/7 staff there the entire time.
Pillow was shocking and sheet had holes in it
