Beautiful location, communicative and lovely host, large, immaculate room and easy parking.
4 other rooms in the Inn on the same floor so you could hear people coming and going but it was not a problem.

location, friendly welcoming staff, cleanliness, comfortable mattress, It's a sweet hotel right next to the water.
The room was smaller than expected. the bed, though comfortable, takes up much of the room. As it is a murphy bed against the wall one person must climb over the other or scooch out to get up. In the bathroom : suggest putting something up on the lower half of the window over the toilet. When It's dark outside one feels a bit exposed to people who could possibly see in. the Coffee maker didn't work one morning. No staff were around to help.
