The staff regularly came and ask if you were need anything. Our kitchen light didn't work as soon as we reported it, the next morning it was fixed.
Aircon would've been better and the stairway to the beach needs some maintance.

Beautiful hut, extremely close to the beach. Had a lovely platform to eat breakfast on and watch whales. Bed was comfy. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Individual houses, great manager & staff, unique place to stay
It’s too far away from Tofo beach for us & an expensive taxi ride there & back. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There is a huge sand dune in front of the houses so no view of the ocean. You can see a slither of it from the 2nd floor balcony. There was major construction next to the property as they’re building another lodge/house, so it was quite noisy. The restaurant & bar was closed the entire time, so we had to go into Tofo to eat.
