The apartment was stunning with fantastic views. Very well equipped with everything we needed, didn't expect a wine cooler and washer/dryer. There was also a "quick tap" for boiling water. Modern, clean and comfortable. We had 4 in our party but 6 people could comfortably stay (although parking could be an issue). We would highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return.
We could have had clearer instructions to explain that we couldn't access the property with a vehicle and where to find the car park. We were sent a postcode with address and nothing to say where the parking was.
The roads into Polruan were challenging and the lady in the shop told us to avoid Pont if we were going to the car ferry across the Fowey. If we went again we would head to Fowey and use the ferry rather than driving in from the other side.

We really enjoyed the view from the window and the location of the house. I also really liked the way the hosts designed and decorated the house — it was beautiful and thoughtfully done. We travel a lot, so I have plenty of experience with different places to stay and have something to compare it with.
Since we only stayed for three days, we didn’t spend much time in the house. However, for me and my family, it is very important that a place feels comfortable and is visually appealing, and this house definitely met those expectations.
I can’t say that there was anything in particular that we didn’t like. However, we were travelling as a family and my mother-in-law, who is 89 years old, was with us. For someone of her age, arriving on the first day was a little challenging because the car cannot drive directly up to the house. We had to walk for about four minutes with our suitcases, which was not easy for someone of her age.
There was also a small issue with the parking. We had paid for parking in advance, but when we arrived, we couldn’t find the designated parking space because the location and directions were not very clear. As a result, we had to pay for parking again.
