Place lack hygiene and infested with mold

Price point was the only thing I like about the property

We originally planned to stay 6 nights at this place, we checked out after 3 days. The first room (502) had mold in the washroom, the property owner moved us into another room (102) after we complained. However the air conditioner didn’t work. With 34 degrees outside, the room was an oven. It was honestly one of the worst experience for my wife and 3 year old daughter. The properly owner was ok with us checking out early and getting the refund for remaining days. But we had to pay premium for last min bookings. This place shouldn’t be available for booking!

Great studio room and fantastic host

The room is great, it has a little kitchen where you could prepare simple meals (we didn't bother, the food outside is too good). A nice little sitting area outside right next to the pool (we were room 101) which we used a lot. PE is really hot in July. It's only 200m to the beach and a 10 minute stroll to the main strip. Sergio is a great host, he's really responsive. We had a problem with a coffee plunger, he went straight out and bought a new machine for the room. I would definitely stay here again, we felt really at home.

The rooms are crowded around the pool area, if there are noisy guests staying here they can really annoy you.

This property has a beautiful beach atmosphere. I loved the subtle boho vibes. The property had walking access to the beach and even provided a shower to rinse off the sand before entering the rooms. A nice amenity was the terrace with hammocks and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sea breeze.

Stanza ampia e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Buona posizione per visitare diverse spiagge sulla costa di Puerto Escondido con motorino. Personale gentile e sempre attivo nel rispondere ai messaggi. Comoda piscina per rinfrescarsi a fine giornata.
