Breakfast was delicious - croissants from Gjusta bakery, preserves and honey, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice - and very appealingly presented. Shaded garden patio and rooftop patio for hotel guests was beautiful and private. The proximity to the water was perfect. Hotel employees were very helpful and respectful.

Excellent location, especially for exploring Venice and the surrounding area. The neighbourhood is lively, walkable and full of restaurants, cafés and shops. The hotel itself has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are really tiny, even by Los Angeles standards, with very limited space for luggage or moving around comfortably.

Location, nice quality interior.
Bedroom and bathroom was just a bit small. Almost not enough space for luggage.
Hard to keep shower water from going everywhere.
