Apto muito confortável com ótima localização.

Gostamos muito do apto. Tinha uma vista linda para o mar e era muito confortável.

Não gostamos do barulho de som do vizinho ao lado que colocava som alto durante a madrugada e, Infelizmente nem a portaria ou síndico tomaram nenhuma providência. Isso nos desagradou muito.

Cuidado, você pode não ter seu depósito restituído integralmente.

Eles obrigam a fazer uma transferência via pix antes da estada, que é supostamente devolvida uma semana depois. Acontece que me cobraram por um objeto que eu não quebrei. Trata-se da jarra da cafeteira, que eu mesma lavei antes de sair e deixei em perfeito estado. Não houve nenhum vistoria no momento em que deixei o imóvel. Como "prova" apresentaram foto de uma jarra quebrada, o que não prova que eu a deixei assim e nem mesmo que se trata da mesma jarra. Não é pelo valor (R$ 39), mas achei uma absurdo. Não pretendo mais hospedar-me em imóveis dessa empresa (Bee Host). Assim como foi a jarra, poderiam ter alegado que quebrei algo de maior valor e retido integralmente meu depósito ou pior.

Linda estadía

Estuvo todo muy bien, las habitaciones son tal cual las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar hacer café etc. El agua caliente de la ducha abundante , el colchón de la cama de dos plazas muy cómodo. Está cerca de supermercados y restaurantes , la zona muy tranquila con buena onda. El sistema de la cerradura es con clave por lo cual no hay peligro de perder las llaves.

Hay que hacer un depósito por los daños y solo aceptan pix o transferencia bancaria, para los extranjeros es complicado, al final arreglamos de pagar en el apartamento pero se perdió tiempo en eso.
