The property had lots of amenities which were perfect for everything you need. The bus stop was perfect as it was 2 mins away, details to get to the property were a bit confusing especially as we arrived in the rain and was soaked however I do think that was our fault for not fully scrolling to the bottom of the details to collect the key. The pool was beautiful albeit very cold and strict on the rules including wearing hats. The location was great for the beach but & bus stop but not close to other places to eat or main part of attractions, it was slightly in the outskirts. It was nice for a few days and some simple fixes will help hugely but I would not say here for more than a few days due to beds and location.
The sheets had stains, the bed wasn’t that comfortable, the sheets keep coming off so ended up sleeping on the mattress which is unhygienic, sheets should be fitted not loose. The floors were not very clean I had to wipe my feet on a towel befor e getting into the bed. There were bits that needed cleaning/wiping over and the hooks in the bathroom were not securely fixed on the wall. Having to sort out garbage whilst on holiday.

La casa è molto carina, la piscina molto bella e il parcheggio privato sicuramente utile!
Onestamente ci sono state molte cose che non mi sono piaciute:
1) Il tavolo esterno è pieno di ragnatele, sedendomi mi sono riempito di ragnatele, sicuramente non piacevole! Se proponi uno spazio fuori, devi anche curarlo.
2) Il check-in è stato una caccia al tesoro! Nessuno ti accoglie, quindi con le scarse info fornite, devi cercare di capire dove andare. Abbiamo perso 30min per cercare di capire dove fosse la piscina e il parcheggio!
3) Fornito un solo mazzo di chiavi per 4 persone! Considerando che anche per uscire da casa, parcheggio e piscina, servivano le chiavi, dovevamo muoverci sempre in gruppo (non esiste un pulsante apri porta). Molto limitante!
4) il residence è molto rumoroso, sentivamo dal nostro appartamento gente gridare a scuarciagola il karaoke e spesso anche di notte c'erano schiamazzi.
5) Letti e cuscini scomodi.
6) Uno scaldabagno piccolo per quattro persone è poco, specialmente se non ci si può separare per via delle chiavi e quindi si è costretti a lavarsi tutti nello stesso momento.
Premetto che dalle foto e visto quanto pagato, le mie aspettative erano molto alte e sono rimasto tremendamente deluso. Lo sconsiglio vivamente a famiglie che vanno sul Garda per un po' di relax, forse più congeniale a giovani che vanno là a divertirsi e socializzare.
