The hotel was well-located immediately next to the "organized beach" which is lovely and very convenient, with all the amenities. There is a breezy and comfortable shared terrace at the back of the unit, and a private balcony at the front of the hotel. The room is equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and dishes, which is convenient for preparing a light breakfast or snacks.
Staff was easily-reachable and very helpful and attentive throughout our stay, though not always on site, and gave us a lot of privacy. and support A quiet hotel with only 5 rooms, so we felt relaxed and peaceful.
There isn't much else in this part of Porto Rafti so it would be advisable to have a vehicle to reach the better restaurants and cafes. Though it wasn't an issue for us, the rooms are only accessible by stairs, which could be an issue for people with mobility limitations.

the room was clean and very close to Avlaki beach . Easy check in and check out.
The photos are kind of misleading. The bathroom is renovated to look modern but the truth is that the toilet area is connected to the shower area (which is where the sink is, as well) and all these are "communicating" with the bedroom area because one of the walls is low (i guess for decoration reasons). This means that you can definitely "hear" what is going in the bathroom if someone is using it/ or even look inside. There were no toiletries, only a soap bar which is not okay for such a price. All in all, the rooms are built at the terrace of an abandoned restaurant. A/C was ancient and soundproofing was medium.
