Carlos is good at communicating and friendly. I didn’t meet him but he responds quickly.
Nuki bluetooth door to gain access to his apartment. It didn’t work on my phone but it was easy to gain access as Carlos operated it and the door opened so was not too stressful . You have keys for the apartment. Residence are not allowed on the rooftop it is only for guided tours which I feel us unfair to the residents considering they live there. Le Corbusier wanted community and a place for the residents to access.
He didn’t build it for the tourists he designed the rooftop for the habitants!!
