The location is convenient - we wanted to be close to the city center with all the restaurants and cafes and this place delivered. The rooms and balcony are spacious. The place is nicely decorated. It is furnished appropriately and everything is convenient and comfortable. There is some wear and tear for sure, but everything is still functional. There are books and toys for kids which is a nice touch for those traveling with little ones.
There is no elevator in the building, so you need to travel light or have someone physically strong with you to help carry bags up and down the stairs. One of the lights in the stairwell is broken so you complete a flight of stairs in the dark before the next motion sensor light turns on. The stairwell itself is not the cleanest but it's a shared space for all living in the building. The bathroom is surprisingly small considering how spacious every other space in the apartment is. There is some stale kind of smell to it. The shower cabin fits a small person just right but if you are taller or larger you'll probably bang your elbows on the glass. There is next to no counter space in the bathroom, so we kept toiletries on the kitchen counter. I didn't see a spare set of towels and bed sheets, so if you are staying longer than a few days, it looks like you would need to wash these yourself and use after drying. There is no drier though, so you need to wait for them to air dry on the balcony.

Lovely apartment in central location, clean and spacious. Has a washing machine and well equipped kitchen. Communication with host quick and easy. Bowl of fruits on arrival and toiletries for the kids was a very nice touch.
