It was a presented, clean and decent.

It would have been ideal to have a single double bed than two single beds. Also, the heating didn’t seem to or we weren’t able to get it to work.

I stayed with my adult daughter for a week. The apartment is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. There are BBQ facilities and a garden area. While small (just the twin bedroom, a bathroom & kitchen) it was well equipped and we both liked the cuteness of living in a tiny space. The kitchen including a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The shower had decent water pressure and a steady temperature. The light in the bedroom was dimmable via the use of a remote control and included a ceiling fan which was quiet and had variable speed settings. Although the beds are narrow they were comfy and we slept well. There's open driveway parking at the property. Access to the apartment is via a narrow passage up the side of the house with automatic lighting leading to a key safe lock box with keys to both the back gate and the apartment door, it felt very secure. We chose to walk to & from Grove Park Station via Chinbrook Meadows Park, which is a very pleasant local green space. We loved having the entire apartment and not having to worry about sharing spaces with strangers.

We didn't find much not to like!

It was quite, lovely place and clean inside

The path to the side door needs to be cut, there is stinging nettles and I was stung. It was a little smaller than expected, the back yard needed a little tidy, if we were staying longer we would have used the BBQ. And I was told someone would bring some batteries for the remote and no one came
