Nice pool to relax in the hot weather. Staff was lovely. Restaurants nearby plus convience store right outside for drinks and such.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Yard La Residence. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Service was excellent. Special thanks to Chan, the operations manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. My wife and I have stayed in hotels on every continent except Antarctica and have never felt more welcome or appreciated.

Friendly staff. But very hard to communicate in English with dinning room staff as understandably their English proficiency is limited. Clean spacious room. Not very functional layout. No hot water. Needs to run shower for 15-30 minutes to get warm water. Dogs fighting and barking late at night on street waking up frequently. Otherwise enjoyed the stayed.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Everything from the moment we arrived and were greeted with welcome cold beverage through the three nights of our stay was comfortable and the service was perfect
