Really peaceful place, great sunsets, enjoying the shade on the terrasse in the morning, and the bed is fantastic! Ioannis, the host, was really kind and helpful.

The host was very helpful and I could text him anytime.
Not really in Kalamata. More closer to Mani. Not as close to beaches. It's a good walk and up steep mountain hills. If you have kids or are older, best to have a car.

Le propriétaire est présent et serviable, l'appartement est propre et agréable et bien équipé, la vue est très belle,...
MAIS, c'est à 6 km du centre et du port et surtout cet appartement a été installé dans un garage et cela sent le benzène.
Presque en permanence il y a des émanation de benzène qui remontent malgré la rénovation et cela réveille la nuit.
De plus , on ne peut ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer car les personnes des appartements voisins peuvent passer devant l'appartement pour sortir de la villa.
C'est donc un rapport qualité/ prix médiocre, c'est trop cher pour ce que c'est, désolé
