Exceptional Breakfast / the food beyond amazing - reserve your place the night before at reception / the restaurant situated under the sun deck and rooftop bar exceptional - don't miss the sunset 5pm drinks on the sun deck - HUGE THANKS to Iman for looking after us - so warm, approachable, beautiful English fluency - all round Star ! to Leila / Mary and Annalisa at Reception - such awesome people, warm welcomes, so helpful with all local knowledge - and make THE best coffees :-) Rent the electric bikes to go on THE most amazing adventures at your own pace - lock your bike and go swim in the Mediterranean (take beach swimming shoes as a tad rocky) along with sampling the cafes, bars and restaurants along the journey of the ex railway line transformed into this amazing bike trail all along the beautiful town of Sanremo :-) last but not least WE slept on a cloud of comfort each night and siesta time on new amazing bed mattresses

Charge for parking was unnecessary as it was not in the heart of town. The nearby beach is shocking..I could not describe it as a beach; as such the property really needs a pool and there is ample space for one. There was no furniture on the balcony so it was rather a wasted space.
