The location. Nearby to public amenities. Lots of public parking bays. Cold and hot water dispenser is provided outside the room. Iron and ironing board too. Water pressure in the bathroom is strong. Clean room.
1. There is only one way to drive out of the hotel to the main road. A bit of traffic congestion but not a big issue though.

The bed was good and very comfortable. The pillow shud have been a little more firmer
TV channels was not much of a choice. Shud have had at least a you tube or Netflix connection

good price, overall ok, drinking water supply good, staff are helpful & friendly, outside parking sufficient.
wall peeling makes feeling not good, plug point not enough, cold air ventilation difficult to reach the bed near wall, wall beside the bed is dirty.
