Excellent location. Breakfast was pleasant. All the staff were very polite.
There was a little confusion during check-in about room rates and the applicable currency exchange rate. However, it was resolved very politely and in a fairly short time.

Decent size room, good shower, pool is nice, staff friendly, view from breakfast area is great, if you go early enough the balloons are in the sky it’s lovely, central location but worth pointing out it’s quite hard to find, you have to walk through another hotel to get to it, there is a very small sign outside but it was so small I didn’t notice it.
Balcony faced a wall and had a leak from air con all over the floor, bed wasn’t very comfy and walls are thin so quite noisy. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast but it was free just would have been nice to have some real coffee not instant sachets

The location was central. We were able to get an early check in which was very nice.
The rooms were outdated and the breakfast was not like the pictures. If you would come at 8am (which is still quite early) the breakfast would already be almost finished and not refilled. Balcony had almost no view, just a wall.
Other than that, the city Vang Vieng was not as nice or clean as other cities in Laos. Almost all restaurants had food poisoning reviews on google so we weren't very comfortable eating anywhere.

The air conditioning in the room was great

Location was so convenient
The free breakfast was just bad
The staff on the breakfast were quite rude and didn’t top up any of the foods
We were there 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and there was no food left and the staff were away from the room on their phones.
