The location of Los Bolardos is great, a block away from the Market hall (under renovation) and then the main shopping area, the modernist part of Zamora and the medieval old town in walking distance. We enjoyed strolling the streets and exploring Zamora without the need for any transport. A small supermarket, opening long hours, is just across the street, other shopping options would be in the vicinity.
Carolina, our host, was extremely friendly and flexible, always helpful and fast to communicate and doing everything she could to adapt to our needs. The apartment is quite well equipped, one notes that it was once someone's living place instead of being a minimally furnished place for tourists. Having a small dishwasher was nice and we also cooked there. Various basic food items were supplied, which was also a nice touch.
Since we came by car, it was a real bonus to have the secured underground parking with lift to the apartment. Our host had warned about the tight elevator (yes, really, an elevator for cars) getting you down there, but we had no problem and down in the garage a Mercedes E type was parking beside us, so as long as your car is not larger than that, you should be fine. Note to access the parking you really need to have coordinated the time with the host, as the streets are rather narrow and you cannot easily wait in the vicinity.
The main weak point we noted is the (bed-)sofa, which was really not very comfortable to lounge on.
More subjectively: don't expect any charming views or morning sunlight drifting through your windows.

Carolina was heel duidelijk met de instructies over het verblijf en de garage. Het appartement was heel schoon en heel goed gelegen.

Nuestra estancia fue estupenda. La casa tiene el tamaño ideal y está muy bien distribuida; además, la cocina está separada del resto de habitaciones, algo que se agradece mucho porque no se mezclan los olores.
Todo estaba prácticamente nuevo y cuidado al detalle. Nos encantó encontrar guías de la zona, mapas, caramelos y pequeños detalles que hacen la estancia más agradable. Carolina fue muy amable desde el primer momento y estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos.
La limpieza era impecable y la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente: toallas, sábanas, plancha, buenos armarios y muchísimas perchas. La cama también merece una mención especial, ya que es firme y muy cómoda, perfecta para descansar bien.
Además, estrenamos la Smart TV. Gracias al wifi pudimos enviar contenido directamente desde el móvil a la televisión sin necesidad de Chromecast, lo cual fue muy práctico.
La ubicación también es muy buena: hay un supermercado Día a solo 1 minuto de la estancia, varias panaderías y confiterías muy cerca, y a unos 3 minutos está la cafetería Malú, famosa por sus churros.
Sin duda, repetiríamos.
