Новий ремонт в апартаментах, все нове і все дуже чисте, прекрасний і великих балкон з видом на сад. На балконі є стіл і два стільці. Також на балконі є окримий великий умивальник де зручно ополоснути речі після пляжу. Господарка помешкання дуже привітна, але майже не говорить англійською. Апартаменти знаходяться в тихому районі в 10 хвилинах пішки від центру міста і в 10 хвилинах до пляжу, що дуже зручно. До залізничного возкалу йти 15 хвилин пішки. Кондиціонер працює відмінно. В помешканні є маленьких холодильник
Було б добре, якби в апартаментах був чайник і кава/чай. Також, було б добре, якби в апартаментах проводилось прибирання хоча б 1 раз на 2-3 дні.

An amazingly convenient and clean apartment, 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
Domenico, the host, was always available and helpful.
It's 100% not the fault of the host, but be aware of the neighbour upstairs and bring earplugs, she likes to walk on heels and reorganise the flat very early in the morning.

The room is super clean. Fairly close to the old town and beaches
Internet is painfully slow, even for the pictures. The size of the room advertised is 35 sq meters but in reality its less than 25 sq meters + a big wrap around balcony that you cant really use for anything other than drying clothes. There is a table and two chairs on the balcony but I can reassure you will not use them because the area around the apartment is very run down. The worst of part of the stay is the upstairs neighbor, an old lady who makes a lot of noise starting around 6 am in the morning and sometimes as late as midnight. Im talking non stop walking around her apartment in hard shoes and moving furniture. There is no sound insulation between floors in the building. Apparently this issue is well documented in previous reviews dating to at least 2 years ago. Im just puzzled how you can rate this place is 10 despite this fact. It may not be the owners fault but its definitely a major issue. Also there is a smell of the sewer in the bathroom but I'm sure its a city problem, we had the same issue at another apartment and you can smell it on the streets of Tropea as you get closer to the drains in the pavement.
