Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location. If the trams had been running it would have been even better, but it was perfectly walkable both to the centre (Duomo) and to the Navale district. Useful supermarket close by too. Lovely and quiet at night.
The sitting room was dimly lit, and the sofa (?sofa bed) was not very comfortable. Only two pillows were offered (one each). The system for getting into the block to get the keys failed us, but a resident of the block let us in through the main entrance (saying it seemed to happen a lot). All was fine after they had let us in.

The property was excellent. The location is unmatched and the apartment was HUGE! Close to everything, will definitely book and stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Milan.
I didn’t appreciate getting a message to give a 10 star rating.
Property needs more toilet paper available and additional items like more soap, more shampoo and more conditioner (2 small packets were provided for 2 people staying 2 nights) would be a nice touch.

The location
We did not have hot water in the apartment. After contacting the host we received instructions on how to fix it. These were not permanent though. I had to fix the boiler every morning myself. Not great.
