Great apartment! The location is perfect – very convenient and in an excellent area. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not far from Duomo, good neighbourhood
We experienced several issues during our stay that significantly affected our overall experience.
First, communication with the property was extremely slow. It often took a very long time to receive any response. We were traveling with a child and had requested a baby crib — which was clearly listed as free in both the booking and confirmation. However, the property later tried to charge us €50 for it. It took two calls to Booking.com support and lengthy communication with the property to resolve the issue and receive the crib free of charge, as originally promised.
When we arrived, the crib was provided but unfortunately in poor condition. It had no mattress — only two pillows and a blanket folded inside, along with a decorative pillow without a pillowcase, none of which were appropriate or safe for a baby to sleep on. We requested a proper mattress, and although we were told it would be provided, it never arrived during our 4-night stay.
Additionally, there were no blankets in the apartment, only bed sheets, which made our stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the sink was broken and unusable throughout our stay, which was a major inconvenience.
